Update:
Things have been wonderful the past couple of days and weeks. So much has taken place that I have had little time to blog. (There is no excuss though I know!) However, study abroad is quickly approaching, only about 2 months till I depart. I have to sit down and do some trip planning soon and start figuring out details of where I am staying and visiting. School is going well, very easy this semester and I am trying to work ahead over break so it is even easier! I am helping out with fashion shows and events in March and April which is always exciting. I potentially have an internship in the Fall but, details are still unknown at this time!
As for the healthy side of 2011 things are going great! I had a little fall out while I was sick because I couldn’t work out. However, I have reevaluated my goals for the start of summer and I have about 10 weeks left until I leave. I have lost weight since I started my journey and I can’t wait to continue on. Running has also become a part of my life even though I can’t go very far. The goal is to run on the treadmill for a while and build up my speed and endurance and then start outside and build up the same things. I have never been a good outside running but…. that will be the only way I can stay active this summer so I need to make an attempt to train outside before I leave for Europe.
Today I am off to the gym for a nice cardio and weightlifting workout. That will be followed by lunch and some to-do list fun, and finally go to work for a bit.
